these terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and 4n6lab governing all access to and transactions on 4n6lab.co. by using the platform, the user accepts these terms in full.

02 / eligibility

the platform is available to individuals 18 years or older with the legal capacity to enter contracts under indian law.

03 / products

all products are described to the best of our knowledge. minor variation in colour, fabric, finish, and stitching is inherent to small-batch garment construction and is not considered a defect.

04 / pricing

all prices are listed in indian rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. prices are subject to change without prior notice.

05 / orders

an order constitutes an offer to purchase. 4n6lab reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

06 / payment

payments are processed by third-party gateways. by submitting payment information, the user authorises the relevant processor to charge the order amount to the selected payment instrument.

07 / shipping and delivery

orders are shipped per the published shipping policy (4n6lab.shipping.v01). delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

08 / returns and refunds

returns and refunds are governed by the published return policy (4n6lab.returns.v01). the return window is 7 days from delivery.

all marks, designs, photography, and written content on 4n6lab.co are the property of 4n6lab. unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10 / user conduct

users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or interfere with normal operation.

users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.

the platform is provided on an “as is” basis. 4n6lab disclaims all warranties not expressly granted herein to the maximum extent permitted by law.

in no event shall 4n6lab be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

users agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4n6lab against claims arising out of misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

these terms are governed by the laws of india. disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of new delhi.

4n6lab reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. amendments take effect upon publication.

orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation. processing windows exclude weekends and public holidays.

02 / domestic shipping

domestic orders are dispatched from new delhi. estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination.

03 / shipping charges

free shipping is offered on domestic orders above ₹3,800. orders below this threshold incur a flat fee of ₹150.

04 / international shipping

05 / courier partners

orders are dispatched through verified third-party couriers. partner selection is determined by destination pincode and parcel weight.

06 / tracking

a tracking link is shared via email upon dispatch. tracking visibility may take up to 24 hours to populate after handover.

07 / delivery

delivery is attempted up to two times. recipients should ensure availability and provide a contactable phone number at checkout.

08 / failed delivery

parcels returned to origin due to repeated failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address may be re-shipped at the customer’s cost or refunded less the original shipping fee.

09 / damaged or lost shipments

damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. lost shipments are investigated jointly with the courier and resolved within 14 business days.

return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. requests received after this window will not be entertained.

02 / eligibility

returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

03 / non-returnable items

the following items are not eligible for return:

• innerwear and intimates
• accessories marked final sale
• archive and capsule pieces flagged “no-return” at checkout
• items damaged through use or improper care

04 / how to initiate

email contact@4n6lab.co with order number, item code, and reason for return. a return authorisation will be issued within 48 business hours.

05 / return shipping

reverse pickup is arranged for serviceable pincodes. for non-serviceable pincodes, the customer must self-ship to the address provided in the return authorisation.

06 / inspection

returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt. items failing the inspection criteria are returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

07 / refunds

refunds for approved returns are processed within 5 business days of inspection. refunds are credited to the original payment method.

08 / exchanges

exchanges are subject to stock availability. where the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund is issued in lieu.

09 / cancellations

orders may be cancelled before dispatch. once dispatched, the order is governed by the standard return policy.
